Today’s deal looks awesome!  How do I make a purchase?
It’s simple:  All you have to do is click the ‘BUY’ button. When purchasing your first deal you will be prompted to create an account. Don’t worry, setting up an account is free. It’s as easy as creating a password. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Master Card and Discover. You’ll also need a printer to redeem your certificate, but it’s saved online so you can always print it later.

Do I need a printer?
You will eventually need to print your coupon when you want to redeem your coupon, but you do not need a printer at the time of purchase. Once a deal has been activated and your order is processed, your coupon will be emailed to you and can be printed out whenever is most convenient. You can also sign into your account at www.Coupons4Humanity.com and click ‘MY ACCOUNT’ to view, track and print your purchased deals.

If I print multiple copies of my Coupon, what’s stopping me from using it twice?
Our coupons all have individual codes that ensure that they can only be used once. If you print out multiple copies of the same coupon, only the first one given to the vendor will be accepted.

What if I want to buy more than one of the same deal?
Each coupon deal will have the maximum number of coupons allowed for purchase.

Are Coupons transferable?
Unless explicitly stated, yes, you can give your coupon to a friend or family member.

How long do I have to redeem my Coupon?
Some of our coupons have expiration or blackout dates, but fear not, we make sure that all our vendors offer a very reasonable redemption period. There’s no need to rush out and use it right away. If your Coupon reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.

Can I combine my Coupon 4 Humanity with this coupon I found in my Sunday circular?
Sorry, you cannot combine a Coupon 4 Humanity with any other coupons you may find elsewhere.

What’s your return policy?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy – it’s that simple. Since our deals are time-sensitive, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We do our best to outline the deal so there aren’t any surprises or misunderstandings but if you make a purchase and then have a problem, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We do not refund unredeemed coupons but if you redeemed your coupon and you feel as though you received unsatisfactory service, please let us know and again we will do our best to resolve the issue. In General, Coupons 4 Humanity:

• Are not valid for cash back
• Must be used in one visit
• Don’t cover tax or gratuity
• Cannot be combined with other offers

Restaurant Coupons can be used towards any type of consumption (food/alcohol) unless the fine print states otherwise.
If you redeem your Coupon 4 Humanity for less than the total face value, you will not be entitled to receive any credit or cash for the difference between the face value and the amount you redeemed, unless otherwise required by law. You will only be entitled to a redemption value equal to the amount you paid for the Coupon less the amount actually redeemed.
Neither Coupons 4 Humanity nor our merchants shall be responsible for Goodies that are lost or damaged.
